Since this game sucks does anyone know any good sites where I can find quality training info besides lets run. Most of the stuff I find is crap like "how to break 25 minutes in the 5k." Any sites will help. Below I posted my current training blueprint.
M: Long run
T: Easy
W: Workout
T: Easy-Medium
F:Easy-Medium
S: Race/Tempo if I am not racing
S: Rest
Currently I am alternating my weeks with a longer long run one week and a tougher workout the next. Thoughts?
