Holy crap! That's nasty. I guess those guys will be prepared for any muddy conditions that might exist in Terre Haute this year. Or they'll be spent from the effort of running through such slop.
Love the old-school bib numbers!
Now thats what I'm talkin about. If anyone PR'd in this race, mad props.
Man, there are some bad*** pictures on there. Love the one with the 'cuse boys running in ankle deep mud in the pouring rain.
Whoa! Could be some giardia cases from that race.
The Eastern Massachusetts High School Championships were in the morning at Franklin Park on Saturday. Eight races later (four divisions, boys and girls) and the course was already shredded. I can't imagine what it was like for the college races.
get rid of the watermark. increase contrast & brightness. why aren't the pics free to copy. the ncaa does not allow photo sales. i won't out you though. nice job ;-)
does anyone have pictures of the mid-atlantic region because the course was extremely muddy there...worse than the northeast for sure.
those are awesome - thanks for posting them. Those athletes will remember that race the rest of their lives
Great photos, nice work.

uhhh, not at all. The Mid-Atlantic meet didnt have 15ft diameter puddles with water up to their knees in various parts of the course. I was at the meet, and it was no where close to what the Northeast meet was. Mid-Atlantic was bad, yes. but no, it was not worse than the Northeast meet, for sure
Here are pictures a friend took. There are some great ones of the knee-deep puddle.
Sorry, forgot the link.
