I've come to the LetsRun public for some advice. It has recently occurred to me that my desire to run everyday, 6-7 miles plus is waning. To make matters worse, I don't have the best diet as I live on campus and eat dining hall food just about for every meal.
All that being said, I have access to a typical college workout room/gym, and can attempt to be more inventive in my meals.
I am a three year removed ex collegiate runner. I weigh 160 and am 6 ft tall. Can somebody, anybody give me some advice on workouts to keep myself interested in running, or a combo running/cross training workout regimen to lean me up a little?
Suggestions from those who have survived the typical dining hall meal plans would be much appreciate as well!
