Solid week.
Monday
AM Easy 4
PM 7 with 6*800 (2:16/2:20/2:18/2:18/2:20/2:21) with 800 jog. Hurt much worse than I expected but it was my first "speed" workout since June.
Tuesday
AM Easy 8
PM 12 with 5 * 1 mile cruise with minute jog (6:06/6:17/6:11/5:53/5:43) - not planned just did it with some buddies.
Wednesday
AM Easy 5
PM Easy 9 - Felt like crap
Thursday
AM Easy 5
PM Easy 5 - bagged the workout and cut it short because I was up until 1 the night before at a Magic game.
Friday
AM Easy 4

Saturday
Mid day 14
Sunday
AM 20 at about 7:30 with last 5 under 6:45
