After just finishing XC this year in highschool, i am looking to correct my bouncy stride for track. I would call myself a fairly good runner: 17:02 pr for the 5k.
Compared to many videos of runners who barely move up and down at all, I am moving up and down about 4-6 inches with each stride. Please help.
I feel like I could make myself a lot faster if I got rid of the bounce in my stride. I'm not sure if videos can be posted on here, but if someone replies how to do it, I can upload a video from one of my races.
Thanks a ton.
