Hey Guys, hope all is well. Easy week ending at 60 total with a progressive 14 mile long run this morning. Most of my nagging injuries are subsiding but still lingering enough to remind me not to do anything stupid. Probably will anyway.
Topic of the Week: Running shoes
So what do you 50ers train and/or race in, trainers, racers, barefoot? I mainly do 90+ percent in NB 76X series and race and do hard stuff in the Brooks T-X series. I love both these shoes and have had great success staying relatively injury free using them. I'm mainly a low arch somewhat wide foot runner so I can't run in just any shoe.
