I think one of them is supposed to be Joe Pa, but that other one is plug ugly.
Maybe the kid should have followed the rules that the rest of the state abides by??
Couldn't he just have jogged some of the meets? Nothing I saw said you had to win them, just participate.
he couldve just jogged them but most likely he had no idea that he needed to.
