I ran 2:32 at the NYC Marathon but admittedly I was tense and nervous. If I relax, can I run sub 2:04? The front page quote has led me to believe this is the missing ingredient. I will let you know how it goes.

Short answer is no but you will do a lot better.
Get the feeling there's more to Sanya quoting Bolt and continually thanking him for his advice?
2:32 tense? Relaxation is worth about half an hour. I put you in the 2:01-2:02 range if you can relax next time.
Unfortunately, Haile was tense and nervous when he ran the WR. He's going to relax too and run 1:30
Bolt is already relaxed - he can ease up to 10.2 pace per 100 and break 1:12 for the marathon. 422 100s in a row should be a piece of cake for a dude who is that chilled out.
you'll go sub-2 on Jamaican yam diet
yeah, with a side of the PEDs they're all on.

YES YOU CAN .. I WILL GIVE SOME GOOD SHIT I GAVE ALAN WEB WHEN HE BROKED MILE"S WR
no, not because you didnt relax but rather because you suck. 2:32? really? why dont you just hang em up cause you not going to get much faster, even if you do relax. so sorry but mediocre is mediocre even if its relaxing....

And that, my friends, is why they set up a kids' table at Thanksgiving dinner. They just can't keep up with the repartee.

I am curious why you think he wouldn't be Ryan or Chris also? Or do you not consider Michigan and Minnesota to be part of America?
because chris is much smarter than that...
earth to 232 guy! I ran practice marathons for long runs in the 230 to 240 range, in the course of a 130 mile week.....but could NOT break 220 in the 3 times I attempted it. To think you could even run 217 is ridiculous. Now... you go run a 225 first, then a 219, then a 214 in the course of the next 4 years....then we'll talk. My money says you never even run 2:20, let alone 204 you idiot.
Are you guys that dumb. The OP was joking around you f'ing morons. Unbelievable how stupid you all are.
Good post OP. I think you could probably run 2:03 easy if you could learn to relax. No reason why not. Probably in a few years, when everyone learns relaxation techniques, 2:03 will be the new 2:30.
Not too bright, are you?
