It is mandatory for me to get the H1N1 immunization mist on Thursday morning. I have my most important race this Saturday. Will getting this vaccine affect my performance? I'm not talking about long-term side effects but the immediate side effects (how I will be feeling 2 days later). |

How is it mandatory? Are you in the military? |

You should feel fine two days after the mist. A small percentage are reporting mild flu like symptoms up to 24 hours after the mist, but 2 days should be no problem. |

Why is it mandatory for you? Though the CDC and mainstream media claim otherwise, the vaccine does not actually decrease your chances of contracting the flu. See if people you know who get vaccinated get sick or not. ;) http://www.naturalnews.com/026526_health_influenza_vaccines.html |

I got it a couple weeks ago and felt fine afterwards. While I didn't race after I got it, I did run and I felt normal. |

The only problem that I can see is this green mold that's been growing up my nose. |
