I will win the Arnold 5k Pump and Run this year by a long shot. I predict sub 15 5k and 30 reps of my body weight. Who will dare to challenge me? |

I'm pretty sure there will be some guys that will crush you as I doubt you'll be able to run close to that if you're able to lift your body weight 30 x. |

Have you ever benched you body weight 30 times? If you haven't, it's harder than you think. I did it 26 times 2 years ago and ran 16:18. I'm hoping for a sub 16 and 30 reps. |

this sounds like an event for peopel who suck at running, suck at benching but want to feel good about themselves. |

ditto. also this is the same guy that crossfitted himself to a 17:4? 5k just weeks ago. he sounds like a real winner. when i was running in college both a teammate and i could lift in the high 200's and i was a respectable half miler and he was a 4:04 miler. im sure he would have won that race, he was much better at the distances than me. |

Some of the guys that are pretty good at it are like 200lbs and look like freaking Superheros. Scary. |

Wow that cross fit must really be working for you. From an 18 to a 15. 1/10 |
