As usual, I turn to my letsrun brethren to answer questions of the world. I suspect that my fiancé is cheating on me. Is there a legal way to get a printout of her text messages over the last month or see her myspace emails? Thanks in advance. I assure you that this is NOT a trolling attempt. |

Okay, how about asking her? Tell her you are not marrying her, b/c it is stupid to get married to someone you do not trust 100%. Please do not add to the statistics against marriage. |

What you are really asking is whether you can get the information without your fiancee knowing about it. The answer is no. Unless you pay for the cell phone, you can't get it. The email (and cell) would require a subpoena issued in a civil matter. Even if you could do this, your fiancee would have to receive notice of the lawsuit and subpoena. If you are really going nuts, hire a private dectective to follow her around. If she is cheating, a PI will find out. |

You have already been given very good advice. You do not need to know for sure. You need to move on and put this one in the rear view mirror. If you do hire a PI, and he gets pics of her cheating, please post them here. |

Picture would help us tell you if she's cheating. It's simple; if the majority hear thinks she's hot, then it's obvious she's cheating. If you want to get on her myspace try guessing her password. a lot of people use the same one for everything. or try changing it by guessing the answer to her secret question(s). Those are ofter easy enough for a fiance to know the answer to. |

I know how you can do it: Option 1: Install a keylogger on your computer so if she ever logs in to myspace or her email you will know her password Option 2: If you sleep together, you can go through her text messages on her phone if you get up in the middle of the night and leave the room. Option 3: If she has any saved-form information on any computer (yours or hers) you can very quickly go (in Firefox): Tools-Options-Security-Saved Passwords-Show passwords Let us know what happens. A word of caution... do not get hooked on "spying" on her. If you find out she's not cheating, delete all that stuff and forget her passwords. Otherwise you'll feel compulsed to constantly assure yourself since you don't trust her. But please tell us, why are you suspicious? |
