Focus-N-Fly provides interactive training solutions for individual runners of all levels and has partnered with leading Marathons including Chevron Houston, PF Chang’s Rock ‘n’ Roll Arizona and Surf City USA. Our patent-pending methodology has helped thousands of runners reach a variety of fitness goals.

We have the technology and the opportunity. Now we just need a few more highly-motivated people who want to make a big difference in our users' health and well-being.

Our new team member must have the following skill set as this position requires direct impact on our live application:

1) A self-sufficient, goal-oriented approach
2) A strong desire to build interfaces for users (not testers)
3) The ability to quickly assimilate ideas, variables and preferences and translate them into functional applications
4) A proven track record of leading a development team with resources seated in multiple locations

Relational database experience and enterprise application experience are a must as well.

The immediate objectives are to enhance and further develop the current functionality and rollout a new partnership. We have over 1,000 subscribers who are live on the site. Our projected growth is 400% for the next 12 months. New team members must be able to:

* Develop pragmatically with a project focused approach
* Prioritize a variety of development objectives with emphasis on direct customer requests
* Conceptualize database and application hierarchy in the development process to allow for our projected growth
* Maintain extreme flexibility in our high-energy startup environment
