I am a current college student, who will soon be a teacher and will likely coach high school cross country and track. I am confident in how I can coach guys, but I think I am lacking in how to coach the ladies. So looking for advice now on how I should coach both sexes.

PM 3-4 x 1600 repeats 3 min rest (race pace)

AM 3-4 miles (easy)
PM 6-8 miles (moderately easy)

PM 6-8 x 800 2 min rest (race pace)

Freshman will likely do a lot easier workouts just trying to build mileage, Sophmores will do the lower end of the typical schedule and Seniors the upper end of the mileage.
