There is this great thing called running i think could work really well for you.
I can almost guarantee that you aren't running very much mileage. Take a look at what the distance runners are doing, the same things they are doing will help your endurance too. Step one would be getting your mileage up to a decent number every week, and keep it consistent.
Yes, you might have to run more then once per day.

If you're a competetive sprinter, there's almost no need for you to do aerobic training. It will not improve your performance if you are aerobicallly fit because your events are anaerobic. Unless you are running longer than a 400, there is no need for aerobic specific training, my friend. Don't waste your time.
