It was after a 10 mile run and was done barefoot on grass, about 90% effort. I am certain about the distance and they all had a rolling start (not a full out running start but a couple strides).
Any idea what this would translate to for 100m on the track? I know I'm no Usain Bolt, but I was just wondering what kind of speed I still have left over from track as I haven't used it/worked on it in a while and have been doing mostly mileage/strength work.
