Hi all:
I was a 17:00 runner @ age 15
So I had an on / off hip flexor injury for 6 weeks. Recently, it seems to be healing.
I am a 17:00 runner @ age 15
If I start off at 7:00 mpm, it starts hurting soon.
However, if I start off 2 miles at 8:00 mpm, and then run another 5 miles at 7:00 mpm, it doesnt hurt..
What does this mean? Is my injury not fully healed? When should I start doing speed work? How long will it take to stop hurting?
Did anyone ever experience this before? Please explain this condition w/ physiological evidence.
