I haven't raced in a while and will be racing again soon (its been over a year since I have been in a real race). I just did 10x800 in 2:25 with 1:15 rest. I think I should be able to break 15 in the 5k and run close to 31 in the 10k, do you think this is an accurate prediction? I'd like to know because im running a 10k in a couple weeks and a 5k a week or so after that so I'd like to know what to shoot for.
