This is a really good interview with John Ngugi.

Does anyone know to find the video of his Boston victory in 1992?
It is one of the most amazing running videos, but I've not been able to find it for awhile.

This was Ngugi's 1st of 5 World Cross victories.
Such a sad case. Ngugi was a magnificent runner. I loved his running form, with the huge stride, the arms swinging like long pendulums, and the hands pawing at the air. He looked almost as if he were running in slow motion, even as he was breaking away from a pack of world-class athletes.
I remember watching Ngugi in Franklin Park. It was cold and sloppy and he was blowing so much saliva it looked like soap suds around his mouth.
I meant to say Boston was his 5th victory.
Switzerland in 1986 was the 1st one.
