What do people think about doing a second run 4 hours after your first? A good enough amount of time?
Thinking of doing 8-9 at 3:00 and another 3-4 at like 8:00 tonight. Does it make sense to do it this way or should I scrap the double?

Yesterday I did 8 miles at 3pm, then 10 miles at 8:30. It doesn't really matter when you do it.

I believe this is mostly true. I've heard that ideally it's good to have six hours between runs, but that's not always possible. Last week I had a 5K race in the morning, and was scheduled to do an easy 4 miles later in the day. Due to time constraints (real life), I cooled down after my race, hung out with some friends during the awards ceremony, then went out for an easy 4 miles. After all, it's only running.
Who cares? It's only fashion.
