Just got a phone call from Asia. Says he's tired.
For $500,000, I might fake it. Unreal.
Class act on his part but a lot of disappointed fans.

I'm sure it has nothing to do with him fearing the drug tests.
You are not supposed to refer to italians as Daegus, nor Wops.
Be politically correct and say "Bolt Pulls Out of Italian Meet"
Bolt is done for the season, due to fatigue:

Yeah, because we all know that this meet has much more extensive drugs test than when winning championship race in world record times.
Get your head out of the sand, kiddo! Use your brain to come to conclusions - not your heart.
Maybe his home test showed something he didn't like? Time to go home to the land of no drug testers!
He's taken plenty of tests. And he is tired, that's been obvious. And the season just drags on. And he's made plenty of money. And he's provided much of whatever excitement there's been in track in 2009.
Cynicism is so yesterday.
This would be yet another typical case of LR grammar and spelling deficiencies.
If indeed it is the racist slur you are after, you may want to try dego or possibly even dago.
Some style is in order, even if you feel a little frustrated.

It is a little hard to imagine saying "no thanks" to $500K for basically showing up and working out, tired or not.
I'm sure he's made a lot already, but his future earnings depend primarily on a clean bill of health ;-). I mean that if he is clean and healthy now, a bird in the hand is worth two in the bush. If he is clean and just tired, again an agent or financial advisor should be pushing him to get that money and then take a nice long break.
Who knows if he will tear a calf or hammy next year and miss out on hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars in appearance and record breaking fees. That $500K might start to come back to haunt him.
On a side note, anyone know how it works in countries like Jamaica, Kenya or Ethiopia on taxing their earnings? Just curious to know how much of the top earners income they actually get to keep.

His home does drug test now which is VERY CLEAR, and is working on banning many of his countrymen right now.
Now maybe the home of no Bolt Drug testing would be a more correct statement.
I still have seen nothing stating Bolt was tested at the Jamaican championship. Just said they tested some of the people....which almost all seemed to fail.

Some knowledge is in order.
-You are on a running site.
-It has been well documented that Bolt was to receive $500,000 for this meet.
-The official name is Daegu Pre-Championship Meeting.
-It is in Korea, not Italy. (Different war. In terms you can understand, it's M*A*S*H vs. Hogan's Heroes).
-The official date is September 25th.
-It is an IAAF Permit Meeting.
Yes, frustrated at your incompetence.
It is better to keep one's mouth shut when thought a fool, than to open it and remove all doubt.
I bet Caster pulled out as well.
Is that some sort of hermaphrodite joke?
