I have a pair with just over 100 miles on them so far. They feel significantly flatter in the heel than the Ace and Adios, as well as the old CS and LT. Much closer feel to the old RC. They have full length Adiprene+ so the midsole is on the denser side, so it doesn't feel incredibly cushioned but probably won't deteriorate very quickly either. I've never worn the Pro but I imagine these have a bit more underfoot. For some reason it doesn't seem to provide as much "pep" to my legs as other shoes, but this may be a matter of the low profile and my feet not being used to it. Time wise, they don't seem to slow me down. The full rubber outsole is nice, and I can barely see wear on them yet even with half my miles on rugged trails. The upper seems to fit pretty well, and I dont' really notice the asymmetrical lacing as any different than other shoes. I'm generally an 8.5-9 in shoes and my size 9 feels plenty wide in the forefoot.
So far I'm very pleased with them. I wouldn't call it a dream shoe, but it seems like a solid performer as a low profile, medium cushioned, high durability flat.
