Anybody know where Bolt found room for improvement on his 9.69?

The start and not celebrating early.
Pharmaceutical advancements.
His time improved.

The start without a doubt, watching the slomo of his Beijing start showed a stumble, his starts now are better (it's not coincidental that he's false started for the first time recently in my view).
The difference was from 30-100, mostly the last 10m though. He gained 0.03 from higher Max Velocity, and that plus the last 10m was the whole difference.
2009..............2008
10m - 1.89 - 1.00 1.85 1.02
20m - 2,89 - 0.90 2.87 0.91
30m - 3,79 - 0.85 3.78 0.87
40m - 4,64 - 0.84 4.65 0.85
50m - 5.48 - 0.83 5.50 0.82
60m - 6,31 - 0.81 6.32 0.82
70m - 7.12 - 0.80 7.14 0.82
80m - 7,92 - 0.83 7.96 0.83
90m - 8.75 - 0.83 8.79 0.90
100m- 9,58........9.69
Thanks Coach D, that was exactly what I was looking for!
So it appears that, all other things being equal, he could maybe improve .02 on the start. Where else?
Maybe this is what Bolt was thinking when he opined that it would be easier for him to break his 200m record than his 100m record.
The possible improvements in his 100mm seem to be pretty slim pickings!
I know people say that his form sucks, rocking all over the place, but that is just the current biomechanical orthodoxy speaking. I don't buy it--every body is different, there is no "perfect form".
I do see room for improvement in Gay's race, however. This seems absurd to say, but his start sucks. (!) He looks like he is windmilling, rather than applying power to the ground and driving out. He just has such phenomenal leg speed and turnover that he windmills incredibly fast! I wonder if less drive and power contact time on first few steps is the price to be paid for that incredible turnover.
I wonder what Monty is teaching him. He should be teaching him to start like Powell, Bolt, Gatlin, and Greene, four very good starters in my opinion. Longer first strides, longer contact time, longer force application on the ground, shorter time interval between contacts. It'll be interesting to see what he can run if he ever gets a start.
