I seriously eat way too much fruit. let's see. today, I had:
3 bananas
1 peach
1 personal-sized watermelon
On other days, I've been know to eat an entire cantaloupe+grapes+several bananas.
I realize this is probably too much. I don't really consume much sugar from processed foods though. I just have gotten into the habit of reaching for a piece of fruit when I'm hungry-which, as you can see, is quite often.
Should I try to cut back on the amount of fruit in my diet? What should I replace it with? I eat a lot of veggies and legumes with my meals, so I really don't feel like snacking on them.
Advice??
