I need tips guys.
I want to drop about 10 pounds to get down to my "race weight" (I hate that phrase). 10 pounds of fat(?), over the next month or six weeks would be awesome if possible. I'm not sure it'll just "naturally happen" with mileage and workouts.
I'm a little heavier than I'd like to be but I don't know the first thing about dieting. Anytime I ignore my hunger for a few hours.. the next day my run suffers and my energy level sucks. I want to lose weight without sacrificing the quality of my training.
Also, I'm naturally on the muscular side... look more like Alan Webb than Alan Culpepper if you get my drift. But that aside, I do have some weight to lose.
Help?
