I think I was overly long winded my other thread explaining how I weighed myself yesterday fully expecting to be 10lbs heavier but found I had lost a pound or two.
The last two months I have gone from doing a regular half hour strength workout every 3 days to every 2 days.
I feel 10lbs fatter.
But doing the math that means I would have lost 10lbs of muscle. Does that make sense to you? That seems extreme?
Or perhaps, can losing just a few lbs of muscle make you feel fatter than what you really are?
