This may be a dumb question but I'll ask anyways.
I've been through a lot of testing with no luck and I'll be getting an MRI of the pelvis for athletic pubalgia at the end of the month.
Are any of these situations advantageous over the other to getting more accurate results on an MRI?
a. No running for a month; muscles are not very toned; atrophy settles in.
b. Keep running; muscles stay toned.
c. Run hard a day or two before the MRI so things are inflammed.
Benefits of any of these scenarios in getting something to show up on the MRI?
