1. Its a split, there was no official 60m camera to my knowledge
2. The 60 is an indoor event and the time was not run indoors (the fact that there is a wall 20m away may impact the total time)
3. It was not run during the indoor season (how much would indoor records improve if they had an indoor season following outdoors one year and offered tons of money to run in the meets?)

Most outdoor marks are superior to the indoor ones, but they don't count. It has to be run indoors.
