1500m: 3:30-3:31
3000m: 7:23-7:25
Anyone else agree?

Yea looks pretty good. For Komen it is probably more like:
48.5,
1:44.5
3:28.0
7:20.0
and El G
47.0
1:42.0
3:25.5
7:19.0
El G supposedly ran 1:42 in practice. I bet El G could have gone 46, 1:40.9
3:25 and 7:20
WHO THE FREAK CARES WHAT THIS GUY DOES IN THE 400?
GET OVER IT ... WE'RE GONNA KICK HIS SKINNY SPINE

I'D RATHER SEE A NORTH AMERICAN HIGH SCHOOLER RUN 4:09 FOR THE

9/10. Great response. It would've been 10/10 until you mentioned the 4:11 mile and 8:12 3k. But it was still a great troll effort. But back to the discussion, what do you think he can run the 400m in?
trying this :
for kennster, i'd reckon at his peak he was worth 12'35 - 12'36 / 26'12.5 - 26'15
which gives slowest times off
12'36 / 26'12.5 ->
51.66
1'48.16
3'31.04
7'20.22
fastest times off
12'35 / 26'15 ->
50.93
1'47.05
3'29.56
7'18.63
pretty big range there, but i'm leaning slightly towards former as i believe his 5k was closer to his limit than his 10k
if anyone has any other suggestions for his 5k/10k at peak, you can try them there ( or i can input them for you )
komen & hicham next, providing someone requests them
400-49.xx
800-1:45.xx
1500-3:29.xx
3000- the man says he's going for the WR next year, so i'm gonna say he does it.
obviously, i think he's realized his potential in the 5k/10k. who knows if he was worth a couple seconds more if all was perfect. it doesn't matter.

it does if you're trying to get possible estimate for him
just the examples above show what 1s difference at 5k & 2.5s at 10k do to his 800/1500 potential
