just wondering, why do you want this list?
I only say this because that list is probably very, very long.
The British miler's club publishes a list of all its sub 4s every year. There are 40 to 50 every year, since 1960, sooooooo, yeah, a lot.

I agree the list is very long. However I plan on being apart of it soon and would still like to see it!

Why would you expect to find such a list here? That kind of search would take years and millions of dollars.....you must be very young and wealthy.........ugh

Really? Such a list already exists?
I believe it was on these very boards within the last 3 years. I've been away from the boards for a while, but I know it was. They were asking for help in finding any missing entries.
It is kind of a cool list. It shows each New Person that dips under 4 mins, not each performance, as that would be insanely difficult to maintain. Maybe the admins here could help narrow the search... Best of luck to ya.
