I'm a college runner and for as long as I can remember my calves have been two different sizes. I know a lot of people have this problem but my right calf is significantly larger than my left. My coach measured them and found my right is an inch larger in diameter than my left and both of us are having trouble finding an information on how to help it. I need help because as my mileage gets higher I have more and more problems with my right leg which I think is partly due to the calf. Any suggestions?
