do they report well on world xc and distance running?
It's been years since i got the bible, but i do not remember hardly any reporting of distance coverage in the form of road racing, except for the biggest marathons get a footnote and the championship marathons (WC and Oly) get coverage of course. They'll always at least report results on world xc, but I don't remember them covering it in any kind of great detail, and I don't think I ever saw any coverage on the permit xc meets in europe and n. africa.
No they don't. It's ironic (or perhaps predictable) that the alcoholic editor of that Track and Field bought Ritz a beer after his 12:56. Only a year ago he wouldn't even give Ritz the time of day, once publicly dismissing him as being only "2nd tier."
World cross, NCAA cross, and nationals cross usually get a page or two of coverage with a couple of pictures. The junior races usually only get only small articles. The major marathons usually share coverage for a page or two. So London and Boston will be the major stories, with smaller blurbs about the other semi-major marathons. Other road races and cross races can get a paragraph or two, especially the USATF "championship" road races.
Of course all of that will be a couple of months after the actual races.
That's cuz Ritz was a big crybaby wimped out time and time again. Then after he came to The Mexican Mafia's own Alberto Salazar, he started manning up.
they've had more distance runners than sprinters on the cover for the last 12 months (for what that's worth).

scroll across for the covers.
I applied to be on their message board 2 DAYS ago- they have not responded-
Salazar is not Mexican
Yes he is. I saw Salazar at Muchas Gracias at Franklin & Agate shovelling down Carnitas with his homies Rudy Chapa, Joaquim Chapa, A.J., the Chochise Brothers, and Alex Kosinski.
Salazar's parents are from Cuba.

Yeah I thought that was quite weird, and he was bragging about it. That guy is not such a good influence for runners. His bad habits and bad attitudes show up in the biased and lazy philosophy of their site.
Mexicans, Puerto Ricans, Cubans, Salvadorans, Hondurans are todos La Raza, ese. Anglos, Negros, Asian, too. We the people. La Raza.
Salazar is Mexican. So is Senor Doug LoHan, Jose Vigil, Jose Montana (Notre Dame and NFL FB player), Carlos Rey (aka Chuck Norris). They exhibit the heart of a Mexican. La Raza can be from Mexico, Cuba, Spain, El Norte (the occupied portion of Mexico temporarily called Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, California), Puerto Rico, Spain. Men of True machismo. Hope this helps.
