Other than counting the mileage accumulated on shoes, is there some other way to know when shoes need to be replaced?
My podiatrist told me to try push down on the front portion of the shoe. If the midsole bends with ease then it is time to replace the shoe. I've tried this but is seems subjective to me.
I run on Asics 2140s and rotate between two shoes. I've noticed aches setting in on my knees and lower legs during the end life of my last two pairs of shoes. I'm starting to notic the same feeling during my current pair which I bought this spring. Is this what others experience??
