It really depends on where she works. I did it last year and it won me brownie points. If she works at a secure or extremely formal place however, it might not be worth the trouble she gets into.

It certainly depends on the girl, and where she works. Personally I can't think of a single girl who wouldn't want flowers delivered, but some chicks are strangely unpredictable and fly off the handle off stuff like this. Maybe she doesn't like the attention, but given that you seem like a nice enough guy, I'll assume she isn't a psycho.
I can't see how you would lose. Her female co-workers will definitely be jealous, which will score you points even if she doesn't like the flowers. I say go for it.
Do it
It's a great idea.

Like a prison?
No doubt about this one, send yorr girlfriend the flowers at work no matter where she works.
I say, do it and go with the edible arrangement. That way she can share it with co-workers and everybody gets something.

yeah....lets fatten the office fatsos some more.
It is definitely obnoxious. Which is precisely why she'll love it. :)
Do it.
DO NOT GET AN EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT. they are the tackiest thing on the planet. the thought is good though....she will love a small arrangement of flowers. nothing over the top, but it will make her feel special and she will feel even more special when other people ask her about it. you will get major points.
i am a girl, if that makes my advice more legitimate (and it should).
