Depends on how you actually squat.
If we're talking thighs breaking parallel I doubt any runner worth a darn could do 20 reps at his bodyweight without falling over much less 100.
CrossFit is a weiner contest. It's a "Anything you can do, I can do better" training routine. It has no functional value whatsoever unless you like pain and discomfort simply for the sake of pain and discomfort. Before I get railed, I don't argue with CrossFitters, it's like arguing with religous zealots, so lets just agree that we are both right and move on our merry ways.
I can do 10 reps at 195 (current weight down to 155), with my hamstrings touching my calves....that's deep. I've done 20 reps nonstop at 155 and still had some in the tank so I don't think 100 is out of the question. The problem with 100 rep squats is that is a freaking 100 reps. That's a lot of time having over 100lbs on your back. Hell, bodyweight squats for 100 reps would be alot.
This is far more impressive:

How about a 3 x bodyweight deadlift:

I can deadlift 285 for 1 so I'm close to 2 x bodyweight.
