After searching this magnanimous, sometimes soul-scorching board for topics related to Yasso 800 workouts, I am unsatisfied with what I have found.
I realize there are a lot of factors to consider when preparing for a marathon. Assuming that the Yasso 800 workout is relatively accurate (I have read that adding 5-7 minutes is more accurate), how is the workout supposed to be run? Is the effort supposed to be such that you are exhausted at the end, or should the workout be relatively comfortable?
I ran the Yasso 800 workout last night and felt comfortably fatigued when I finished. Looking back, I have no idea whether I should have pushed the pace more.
