I'm a relatively large runner who loves distance events but seem to be unsuited to them physiologically at 5'11" and 174 pounds. I'd estimate my bodyfat to be around 14%
Currently my PBs are 2:04 800, 10km cross 37:44, 5km 18:20s, nothing special. I'm running 40-50mpw which is probably 90% base work and cycling 150mpw.
How much would i improve those times if I healthily got down to 150-155 through better food choices (miles constant).
