they feel pain as much as an unborn human fetus?

Oh my God that is such a waste. I wish there was a way I could rescue all those chicks, raise them 'til they're plump and juicy, cut off their heads, pluck 'em, bread 'em, and fry them f***ers up til they're golden crispy. Mmmmmmmm..... KFC
After seeing that, I may have to take up tofu.

How's that any different? Have you ever seen how they treat soy beans in tofu processing plants? It's inhumane.
Oh, they're actual chicks (ie the animal). That's not nearly as horrible as my first thought on reading the thread title (human women).
It was sort of comical after going through the whole process of how so many of them are killed with the machines or fall to the floor, they make a big deal of trying to emphasize how "roughly" the workers handle the chicks around.

That's what I thought. After seeing them ground alive and flinching about after being sent through burning water, seeing workers brush them around "roughly" doesn't seem like a big deal.
i'll be sure to chalk this right up on the top of my "Who gives a shit" list.
While I feel kinda sorry for those chicks, it's not going to stop me from eating chicken. As long as we can get these factories to kill the animals as fast as or faster than predators would in the wild, I see no reason why we, with our position at the top of the food chain, shouldn't be killing and eating other animals. Torture, no. Killing, cooking, and eating, hell yes.
Well, the illegal aliens tossing them in the grinders are doing their part in wrecking our economy (with the help of their employers AND handouts from Tio Sam) and standard of living. So one must admit that these people are consistent.
they did it for the lulz
did you see that chicky puree in the bucket?

Yes, the grinder is fairly quick about it. Most chicks die in the wild.
If you're going to eat meat, chickens are better for the environment than eating cows or pigs. It would be nicer if those chicks were gassed though.
Lettuce factories corn factories protein factories etc all use various machines to produce our food. Sometimes stuff gets spilled, no big deal.
Is there a grinder big enoough to put PETA people into?
No more cruel than every other element of the meat industry...
Er, that's not the meat industry; it's the egg industry.
