I'm looking for a training plan for a 1:08 half maybe low 1:07. PR's are as follows 29:34 10k, 13:57 5k, 4:08 mile. 23 years old and just looking for some guidelines to stick to. I know long run, tempo, fartlek, hills are important. Mileage will be around 100-110. Whats the best balance of speed and strength for this?
