Leetsrun readers, would really appreciate some advice. I've got a 10km race at the weekend and have not done one for a long time, therefore don't have a clue what pace to set off at.
Tonight I did 5 x 1 mile off 3 mins: 4.52, 4.56, 4.53, 4.52, 4.49.
I wasn't completely flat out but at the same time I was hurting. I would be really grateful for some suggestions. Thanks.
