f/20? Can't answer the question without pics.
how much do you weigh?
Counting calories does not work. The caloric values assigned to foods are largely inaccurate because they do not account for the metabolic energy needed to digest food. Thus, highly processed foods like pastas, and sugary foods are easily converted to energy, whereas foods like veggies, nuts, etc. take more energy to digest and convert into energy. So, 300 calories of white bread is not equal to 300 calories of walnuts (the latter being less actual calories after digestion).
If you want to maintain or lose weight, eat food. Get rid of sodas (especially diet), fruit juices, candy, cookies, ice cream, and anything highly processed etc. At each meal, eat 1/4 starch/carbs (as much whole grain as possible), 1/4 protein (lean chicken or fish is best), and 1/2 fruits and veggies. Most importantly, snack between meals. You do not want to go into a meal starving and over eat. That is half the battle. Avoid eating out as much as possible. Most restaurant food is horrible, especially national sit down chains like Fridays, Applebees, and so on.
As for exercise, add some resistance training or pilates. Also, don't sit around all day. Take a walk during lunch, after work/school. Keep moving.
