I am tired of guys on my team (that get scholarship money) quitting or claiming they are injured all the time or just complaining in general. These are the guys that should be doing the least complaining they are the most talented and are getting scholarship money. I don't get a penny of scholarship money and I am not quite as talented as my teammates. I love being on my team, working out hard (I run next to guys in workouts that beat me by 30 seconds in the 5k I am breathing hard when I am done and they just say effortlessly "that workout was too easy") and I give it my all and I feel my talented teammates should feel the same or like it even more but for some reason they don't. I want my teammates to stop complaining, stay on the team and get to there full potential... What should I do? I run a 15:20 5k and I am the slowest guy on my team. If my teammates can get their act together we should be the best.
