Are they higher on the food chain than those who never admit they took PEDs, even though they did?
Do you have any more respect for someone who says "I am truly sorry I did it?" Or is it too little, too late?
Should these guilty parties be required to make restitition for the prize money they made while in PEDs? Would a rule such as this make PED users even less likely to 'fess up after the fact?
It is interesting that runners such as Liza Hunter Galvin can say "I'm sorry," take a two-year ban and move on. Should she be given any credit for admitting her guilt?
