I think its quite possible on tempo runs I usually get them after i'm a little over 1/2 way done. or long rungs in a really nice place
I wasnt able to run for 6 months because of injury. Last week I ran a mile and was high as a freaking kite!!!! I tried to fight my roomates

4M into a 10k tempo is when it happens for me. Especially in the winter. It's better than weed.
