Seriously? Pikes Peak CC sits at about 6200 feet.
You probably need to go higher like live in Woodland Park, CO (~8500 feet). I would not recommend going much above there at least for an extended period of time.
Considering 500K people live in COS, it is not a hardship training for most people.
