Now that the weather will soon be getting colder I am thinking about seeing if I can get a spent large plastic drum (or one of those galvanized cattle water troughs from tractor supply) from one of the food manufacturers in town and put it outside and fill it with water. This morning when I got up it was 44 degrees.
That should be cool enough to do some good, even if there is no ice. I figure here in PA I could get some cold plunges several months out of the year. Anyone try this?
