During a workout, my knees feel totally fine, but for some reason, after a workout, they hurt, but then they are fine the next day. Example: Our team does interval workouts at a community college about 1.5 miles away from school. After the workout, on our cooldown back to school, my knees often hurt. Next day, my knees are fine again. does anybody else have this happen to them? How can I prevent this? Idk, if this matters or not, but if anybody is wondering, I am 5'7", 120 lbs, 15 years old, and I wear Mizuno Wave Riders 12, as my training shoe. Thanks for the help!
