I think we just learned from your Zurich 5000 thread that predictions are foolish. Go back and read how wrong the anonimous experts were. Way off! It's comical. Only a couple posters were close but that is the law of averages.

As far as European 5K runs go, Teg went 13:04 in 2006 and 13:07 in 2007. Already ran 13:07 earlier this year. He's confident in his better fitness this year. Hopefully Ritz's run will trigger Teg and others to think "yes I can" rather than just "maybe I can if all the stars align just right."
