Great racing there in Mt. Horeb. Congrats to your sons on their one-two punch.
JP is really quite a guy when you think about it. Running the mag, raising children, and going aerobic on foot, skiis, and bike. Trade shows and competitions across the Midwest. He manages an awesome balancing act, and still maintains a sense of humor and friendly demeanor.
About that llama; it adds to their reputation of being opportunistic. I never turn my back to ours.
"me and my watch"=MH??
No race for me this weekend. Decent week of training all-in-all. 40 total miles run. 2 swim outings, and a 3 hour road bike ride on the Mountain Bay Trail with the Bride.
Core work at the woodpile seems to be helping hamstring health and strength.
Got to get to the track at least once this week to offset all the relaxed trail miles. 5K upcoming this Friday night.
There will be some age group axes being ground.
Glad for Ritz's Golden run. 3 Cheers.
Wasn't much for heat this summer; maybe 2009 will go down as the year we cheeseheads were granted a double dose of Autumn.
Good luck to all those getting buff for the fall races.
