Terrible heatwave...
There\'s no life forms east of Phoenix.
I\'m here in Silicon Valley and it\'s hot and nice.
Low humdity, dry heat ain\'t that bad.
Similar to So Cal and Az.
its been over a 100 for almost three months, and i ran in the worst part of the day. grow a pair.
I hate heat in general!!
it was a pleasant 75 degrees in Boulder today - with a few thin clouds - damn near perfect if you ask me. 76 tomorrow and 80s for most of the week - damn, life is good.

As far as weather for running, the SF Bay area is hard to beat. Yesterday and today were really unusual.
well at least you are not down here where there is 100+heat and fires, which makes for horrific air quality! I feel like I have lung disease or something when I finish a run
The dry heat on the west coast is pleasant. Those who live elsewhere in the U.S. suffer through disgusting humid summers and unbearable freezing winters. No wonder that their attitudes as shown on this forum are pathetic and tiresome. We on the west coast are the fortunate ones.
Move over the hills to the valley. You won't every cry about the heat in the Bay Area again.
The fog is back this morning and it's 20 degrees cooler!
