so 6 runs with a lot of quality i guess most of my quality is pumped in there. The swimming has some intensity but i still recover. On the bike i have one hard session but that still feels okay. I also do strides of 4 x 200 after the threshold sessions since i doubt an extra hard session would fit in all this intensity.
When race time comes around for winter season duathlon one session AT would become 1000 meter reps or something like that.
Is this one hard session to much or is it generally okay to do 60' AT and 78' Aet in there. All other sessions except swimming and the 60 mile ride (75% mhr) are at or below 70% of mhr.
I plan to up the duration of those runs if my body responds by dropping heart rate at those now AT speed runs. The sunday run will remain the same at 80% mhr but hopefully i will speed up a bit there to.
